ABOUT ME
Louis Arata is an actor from the Chicago area. He has more than 30 years of theatre experience. Theatre companies he has worked with include South Bend Civic Theatre, Three Brothers Theatre, Clockwise Theatre, Fourth Street Theatre, the Gilbert & Sullivan Society, New Suit Theatre, and Prologue Theatre.

Louis is also a playwright and novelist. He was a resident playwright of the Three Brothers Theatre Company Playwrights Residence (2018-2022). He was also an inaugural member of the New Orleans Writers' Residency (2017). His play, A Careful Wish, was first performed by Fourth Street Theatre in 2008. His play, Come Undone, premiered in March 2022 at Three Brothers Theatre Company. His one-person play, Two Deaths and Nine Lives, was featured at the South Bend Fringe Festival 2021 (#SBFRINGE).
